Isa 1.9.63 release

I've decided to release a new Isa , 1.9.63 , I think it is 35 elo stronger.
Look at the end of the read me file for the improvments and the bayeselo and elostats results .
Attached you have a linux version , compiled by my friend Andres Valverde, the "father" of EveAnn and the Dirty's "tutor" thanks Andres
I made a new book too , with a pgn graciously sent by my friend Graham Banks , thenks again Graham
