Naum is probably not going to be worked on anymore I am assuming. This would not surprise me. Where is the incentive nowadays to do so?

I had Naum Chess site as one of my favorites and the website had download instructions and payment options also even PocketGrandmaster and PocketFritz versions. I had contacted Alex Naumov earlier this year about potential new versions but he said that no new release is expected. Lucky I bought the Pocket versions as now there is no legal way to get them.
But now the same website has cartoon image as shown in thread.
I liked Naum engine but the website image makes you wonder what happened? :cry:

I pray that the ominous image pertains only to the engine and not the author. Why the cryptic image? :?:
