Thinker-ing mobile and parallel

1. Version 5.2E gets parallel search. For now, it is fixed at 4 threads. There are no configuration options. Search splits at both root nodes and interior nodes.

2. The Pocket PC version gets the 5.2 engine.

Versions that are intended to play against other computer chess programs:

    (Passive)Thinker_32-bit-smp4.exe    - runs on 32-bit computers with at least 4 cores/processors
    (Passive)Thinker_32-bit.exe         - runs on 32-bit computers with only a single core/processor

    (Passive)Thinker_64-bit-smp4.exe    - runs on 64-bit computers with at least 4 cores/processors
    (Passive)Thinker_64-bit.exe         - runs on 64-bit computers with only a single core/processor

Versions that are intended to play against human opponents:

Utilities:

    MakeBook.exe    - command-line utility for creating opening books for the Thinker chess engine
    CreateBook.exe  - GUI wrapper for MakeBook.exe
    BookThinker.exe - opening book interface for XBoard chess engines

Thanks Lance for MP version perfect timing with my Rybka 3 testing for CCRL.
