Fixed several bugs:

book.c did not read book correctly
futility pruning was ignoring promotions
material balances were wrong in some cases

others which I do not remember ...

It seems to to do considerably better.

Linux version only and sources for now.

Bad sign for me, because if anyone else is having problems with the compiled version- they arent speaking up. Never had a problem with Xpdnt and Jim's compile before, but i cant get this one to do anything.
(This has not been a good week for me.)

Latest update for Intel compiler (10.1.0.14) seems to break Vista compatibility.

If you have trouble running Xpdnt in Vista, download the alternative
build compiled with earlier Intel 10.1.0.11 compiler. This is confirmed
as working by George Speight.
