I'm not 100% sure, but I think the easiest way is to use "follow <name>", where name is the account name of one of the engines you want to watch. This will automatically start observing the game that the engine is playing (or the next game it starts playing if it isn't playing one currently).

First, join channel 64 by type +ch 64. We are all on that channel which is where the group chat happens. While there you'll find out the tournament number and the bot. At that point, you can send commands to the pairing bot that will list matches and game numbers. After that, you can view any game you like.
If you are only interested in one program, type follow programname.
