This is the GUI written by Matthias Gemuh.
I use ChessGUI for all tournaments and gauntlets that I run.
As Matthias's webpage is no longer there, those interested can download ChessGUI from here:

It fails to install any engines. Missing some files.

a little bit tricky to install the engine...but you can read the *.txt files, then it goes fine. :)
