Vajolet, new version 2.2

Hi everyone,

I just released Vajolet2 2.2 executable, main improvement are syzygy tablebase probe and a lot of refactoring and debug.
I hope it will be stronger thatn vajolet 2.1

unfortunately I found some difficult developing a 32 bit version of the code, so i created only a 64 bit executable.

Yeah Marco some of those Vajolet releases did not work for win 32 working copies in win32 were 1.62 ...2.1...2.03...2.145 2.48.... Thx AR
