Hi,

I've released version 0.7.1 of Embla.
Should fix the pondering issues.
May be a bit weaker than 0.5. I'm looking into that.

Binaries for linux and windows 64 bit.
No mac binaries because macosx el capitan does not know "std::shared_timed_mutex".
