EXchess v7.71 released

Hi Everyone,

EXchess version 7.71 is now available at

https://sites.google.com/site/experimentalchessprogram/

Several small improvements over 7.51. My best guess is about 20 elo improvement in play over the previous version, but I have not done extensive testing against many opponents.

-EXchess applies evaluation learning using the Temporal Difference Learning !
-a nice pedigree: my first EXchess has many years (20 ?);
-even in Anno Domini 2015 binaries for everybody: Windows-Linux-Mac Os-32 & 64 bit................................

This evening, I'll post the result of my first test: versus Rybka 1.0 !

I have two questions for Mr. Daniel. Please write how much the program can use the most Hash and write how the program can benefit most Cache tabase table Nalimova.
