SCID Chess

Post by supersharp77 »

As one who grew up with chessbase databases chessmaster and chess assistant databases I must admit that SCID is a amazing chess program and the creator(s) of this program (Shane Hudson) and Pascal Georges have seemingly created a modern masterpiece! 'Scid on the go' is great on my android phone!! Not only have they created a new data format and a full featured program to run it but somehow created a chess engine (scidlet) to go with it as well! Pure genius! We salute you!!
AR :)

I agree that SCID is just outstanding software! I use a fork of SCID, SCID vs. PC, which is likewise excellent.
