yes, but after i installed it it refuse to start due to his old code, it seems it need to be launched in a wow64 mode, andi I still haven't found the way.

I use it under Win 8.1 for 3 months and I don't remember I had configure anything.
I'll look closer tomorow (I don't have access to my comp now).

It just works, same as it has always done in every other version of Windows. I didn't have to do anything special.

Very strange, I can't imagine what the problem might be. I'm very happy with Windows 8, but a lot aren't.

I think you need to download old Visual Basic runtime: msvbm60.dll, mscomctl.ocx and mswinsck.ocx and simply place it in the same folder with TLCV.
Alternatively you can try my viewer that should work fine, but you have to compile it from sources as I haven't done a compile since long
