NoraGrace 2.0 (c# engine)

NoraGrace version 2.0 is now available at:

It should see a pretty significant bump in playing strength from version 1.0. I'm guessing minimum 200 elo.

There are too many changes to go over each individually, and quite frankly I could never remember them all. But in general the biggest strength games seemed to come from:
- More aggressive late move reductions.
- Adding late move pruning.
- Eval tuning using something similar to the texel method (really this was the big one, even though some of the values it produced seem out of whack with my thinking)

Here are some results running very fast time controls. (0:30 + 0.1) Against some of these engines it performs better at longer controls, and against some worse.

Thanks for noticing that Gabor, I've updated the binaries on Github so the ones up there now should report v2.0
