SCCT (3m+2s) Rating List is resumed...!

Post by Sedat Canbaz »

Dear Chess Friends,

Note that the current testing top 20 mp engines are quite decent and original work!
No clones, no derivatives, no older versions, no different engine settings vs...

I mean the current used rules are same as previous my SCCT Swiss Tournaments

More Details:
-Derivatives/Clones will be allowed only in case +100 Elo over based original engine!
-One of the most preferable blitz time controls, used in latest World Chess Championships!

And here is the current standings (min. 1000 games is planning per player)

Have fun,

Btw,
There are some good sayings, which suit about the current new SCCT rule:

You can not be on top by the work of others” - Sedat Canbaz

Student surpasses the Teacher” - Unknown

Teachers open the door, but you must enter by yourself” - Chinese proverb

We cannot teach people anything; we can only help them discover it within themselves” - Galileo Galilei

5% of the people think, 10% think they think, 85% would rather die than think” - Thomas Edison

Very nice list Sedat! It's good to see a 6 cores rating list.

Thanks for your interest... dear Edsel!

Yes...and I am quite happy that Hannibal as MP is doing very good so far, well-done !
Also I liked a lot the name of 'Hannibal' and your engine deserves this name!!

Btw,
Actually I am planing to build a new hardware: 2x Xeon E5-2697 v2 24 cores

But however,
Still I am not sure to build or not...as you know, I am testing many different Top MP engines, for example some of them don't support 24 cores

Maybe it is better to wait a little bit...

Best,
Sedat

New games have been added:

Who will stop Stockfish ?? Really this free engine is unbelievable...!!
And I wonder a lot...after 1000 games per player, Stockfish performance will be still +3500 Elo?

Greetings,

Btw, still not many games, but however without to not mention this I can't:
-I never noticed before (a such Elo difference over rest engines) and this World Record belongs to Stockfish!

Very impressive list, Sedat! :D
It's great to see your CC activities multiplying. :)

Curious re: Deep Fritz 10 - can you confirm if you are using the bug-fixed DF 10.1 after all? As we know, the original DF 10 had a SMP bug which hurt its multi-core performance badly.

Thanks,
CL

Hello dear Carl,

Thank you again, I will start soon DF10.1 testing...
As you know (with your help) I am testing the original Deep Fritz 10, otherwise I would tested newer derivative versions of Fritz :)

Btw, I am doing my best, sad that some people are using foul language over my personality/free activities...
But I am already accustomed and overall its ok, I forgive all of them :) !

Best Wishes,
Sedat
