That's right, he has not worked on Vitruvius since Season 1. So Bouquet is representing the "ipp" family.Cumnor wrote:I see no Vitruvius there

Wasn't Stockfish 4 released because only official version can participate?
If so I like to see a few releases tomorrow
Bye

That's not correct, any version can participate (you see a few development versions in the list), however they are not allowed to be upgraded after the Season has started - unlike Season 1, where engines could be upgraded between Stages.IWB wrote:Wasn't Stockfish 4 released because only official version can participate?

So Stockfish could have participated without making a release, right?Martin Thoresen wrote: That's not correct, any version can participate (you see a few development versions in the list), however they are not allowed to be upgraded after the Season has started - unlike Season 1, where engines could be upgraded between Stages.
Pitty, I like my interpretation more as I would have a lot of engines to test
Anyhow, good luck and have fun with nTCEC

I like seeing all of the developmental versions in the lineup. That shows there is plenty of interest among the authors.
