So I updated the utility to strip both {} and () comments as well as the position markers that start with the dollar sign (e.g. 11. e3 $145 11... Nc6).
I also converted code I used to test Nebula's move generator into the ValidatePgn utility. This utility works only for files with the comments stripped.
