They both have their own GUI. Both engines by Thomas Petzke. I guess iCE is the newer engine of the 2.

I don't have any results for iCE but I have played a few games against it. While I am not a strong player I kept up with this engine fairly well. Overall I have to say its pretty weak and probably not strong enough to include in your tournament Grahm.
Good style though, I guess some of the moves it made seemed human like to me. Although I am probably not strong enough to determine whether this is correct or not.
