If I were you, I wouldnt run, buzz, eveann and Dirty in one tournament. Since Dirty is a project by both Andres and Pradu, I would just use Dirty and give the spots to two other engines from the waiting list.

Thanks for this info, Tony. But the waiting lists for engines are only applicable to Division 1-7 Engines. I want them to be in the waiting list for 3 obvious reasons:

1. One or two Engine(s) to be put in the waiting list makes the prediction contest interesting and competitive.

2. Engines in waiting list usually do have a large database of games and they always finish in >10 ranking and stay at the same division.
Engines that got demoted wouldn't be added to the waiting list, they would be put in the one division below in the next edition whereas Engines in the waiting list don't get demoted but plays in the same division from next edition instead.

3. Any number of engines that are rated above 1800 in Olivier's list would be added provided I have those engines functioning without bug or complication in set up. Because the tournament format is swiss.

Waiting List is kind of like a rule in my tournaments.

But you are partly right, I should either remove Buzz or EveAnn and include Dirty.
but the author requested me to add EveAnn in the last edition.Because of that special request, I let EveAnn play.
