At least I'm pretty sure it's the rarer 'B'.

The serial number is hard to read, but looks like it starts with '32'.
My B starts with the same numbers, high numbers for a Fidelity 9
level, so late in the production run. Also, the box is a slightly
darker grey, and glossier, just like mine. These ones don't come up
often, so if you're interested you can message the seller and ask
him to confirm the serial number. Hopefully he's at least a little
chess computer literate, and can give you the response move to the
opening of white 1.h4. If it's a 'B', the response will be 1...b6, if it's
an 'A' the response will be to move one of the center pawns out.
This is on the 5 second level.
Just thought this worth a mention
all the best
Larry
PS The 'B' plays a different and tougher game than the 'A'

Re: Fidelity 9 level 'B' on ebay
I checked with the seller and he said the serial number does start with 32 so it is the rarer 'B'.
Also here is a place to download the owners manual.

Actually I believe they actually send you a copy of the owners manual.
Re: Fidelity 9 level 'B' on ebay
Also the seller said he would download a pdf copy of the owners manual and check and see the response to 1.h4. I told him to let me know what it is. I will post back when he emails me.
