Hello together,
https://github.com/MetalPhaeton/sayuri is the URL, maybe somebody of you can make Windows 32 / 64-bit compiles of the source code.
Best wishes,
Norbert

Any idea of the strength? I wonder if it can be compiled in Linux. The readme is all in japanese. Interestingly, it comes with the MIT license.Norbert Raimund Leisner wrote:Hello together,

Here is the answer of the author, Ishibashi Hironori:
I'm sorry.
I don't want to build Sayuri for any platform on my own.
Because Sayuri is a program for my studies and it's incomplete.
Of course, it is no problem for you to treat this program as you will under
MIT License.
You can build Sayuri and distribute it anywhere.
Thank you very much.

Motor of this Japanese author, under MIT license.
The download package is the Linux version compiled by the author.
I added some small modifications to compile
(Simple random, the original code is broken in my compile)
and a small change in the time control
to avoid losing time in games.
Only the Intel 14 compiler was able to compile, not whether there will be full compatibility with XP machines.
Tell me Ruxy.

Thank you Jose. I had a lot of trouble compiling this with MinGW and Visual C++. I guess the newer Intel compilers have the full C++11 support that Sayuri needs. I kinda feel like I let Ruxy and Norbert down by not having an XP compatible Sayuri compile for them.

I am sorry, Ruxy.
I've seen an error in UCI shell, is already corrected, now Multi processor work nice.
I have also added more to the time control, now I managed better.
It is the same link reuploaded.
Motor is pretty weak, still much to do in the eval, quite aggressive, a bit neglected safety of the King.

Re: Doesn't work in XP
The amendments do nothing to that problem.
It is simply compatibility issues.
This will widen as more developers use modern libraries.
Certainly in your graphics Arena GUI says AMD x64 , this is your machine?.
