To Rowen,

The option does work but it is a bit fragile.
Once you have loaded an adjourned game,
you should see the clock times displayed.
Next you have move the mouse cursor straight down
to select < Play white > < Play black > or < Rated game >
or straight up into the menu options or toolbar to select them.
If you even move the mouse cursor into the game move list box
then the move times will be lost.
Obviously, this is not ideal but I was not able to figure out
what was causing this so I thought I would leave it in because
the option is still usable.
I will have another look at it to see if I can make it more secure.
In the meantime, see if this usage method works for you.

To Rowen,

although I still haven't been able to figure out the cause of the problem,
I have been able to devise a work-around solution that stops the clocks
disappearing when you move the mouse into the game move list box
after loading an adjourned game.

I will not make and post a new version with this modification just yet,
because I have been changing the media player feature so that it
can have a docking window.
This work is complete, but I am in the process of
making some more chess videos for the media player.
These are all ready for recording, so I will probably post
the new version, with the adjourn game modification
in about two weeks.

Great, thanks for the info, the instructions you gave work so cheers. Thanks for your work, in some ways I find this fork more useful than Fritz, particularly when playing (training) against engines.
