Perhaps a Windows 11 issue. Maybe something is missing from W11 which was present in W10. E.g. NuclearChess works only under W11 if .Net6 is installed.

+1. I'd love to dig into deeper if it was discontinued for partly containing derived stockfish/gpl code.

Chiron 4's 64-bit is not working also in my Windows 11. I believe something's wrong with the recent updates of Windows.

Doesn't work here either. So something in the code or the compilation is no longer compatible with the latest version of Windows. it happens from time to time with older software.
