Mmmhh... where are you reading that?
I can see 2024‑08‑20 master vs Stockfish 16 Elo: 44.32 ±1.2.

Looking at it again, I made the mistake of summing it up. The latest dev master 2024-08-20 is already a summation of elo gains since v16.1
