Hello,
Senpai 3.0.2 started to be identified by Windows 10 as a security threat and it was put into quarantine:

Detected: Trojan:Win32/Kepavll!rfn
File: senpai_302.exe

Has anyone got this?

I got it with 3.0.1, so no surprise if 3.0.2 gives the same.

Windows Defender will call it a Trojan. You have to allow Windows Defender to use the engine anyway, even with false positive (Trojan).
If not, it will block and delete the engine.
