As a small request, something I'd appreciate is if you'd run the stockfish 17.1 speedtest command on the three computers you are testing on, and post those results on the webpage. Single core and multi-core. Now that stockfish has a speedtest command it is a convenient way of recording performance info that others can compare against, and is preferable to looking up CPUs on non-chess benchmark resources. I think it will be useful too to future chess engine testers (archeologists/historians) who look back on your results from many years ahead.

I'll look at the request above re Stockfish benchmarks. Vast majority of the games are on the i7 12700 because that is used 10 months of the year.

Caissa 1.24 replaces 1.23 in this Chess324 Top 15 round-robin. It jumps from 9th to 6th place thanks to an approx. +10 Elo performance improvement under these conditions.

Quanticade Cronus 3.0

Quanticade Cronus 3.0 re-enters this Chess324 Top15 round-robin at 12th place. The tournament once again is temporarily a Top 16 because the bottom two engines are equal within error margins.

RubiChess 20250606 and Uralochka 3.42a

Post by Modern Times »

RubiChess 20250606 and Uralochka 3.42a enter this Chess324 Top15 round-robin at 15th equal place.

Halogen 15 and Motor 0.9.0 are just outside the error margins to be treated as 15th equal, however the difference is not big so I have left them in for the moment.

My policy for this round-robin is to only include official releases by the author, but I have made an exception for RubiChess. The last release was some 16 months ago and it appears that the author may never make a release based on his last lot of code changes. Anyway I don't think it will last too long in the TOP 15 as other engines improve which will then cause it to fall out again. SPCC and CEGT tested this version some time ago.
