As I said in my post, the improvement in the game line is 25. Rh2, which is a few moves past the end of the line you gave. There could be improvements for black before.

sorry, i completely misread the post, however i gave that line specifically because it was after that that stockfish seemed to evaluate the position as completely wont for black. after 25. Rh2 i get --
