In CCRL, time losses by engines in basically even positions are not counted. Now if it had been on the verge of a loss- we would have adjusted the PGN to show a loss (not on time). But Zappa was in no danger of losing- and with these guis, how do we know it was Zappa's fault and not a fault of the gui? There are a bit too many "ifs" here for that. Lastly, i dont make the rules- i just follow them. But i am not putting the onus on CCRL here. I happen to agree with this policy 100%.
Best,
If one engine suffer from losses on time more than most engines then there is a reason to believe that it may be the fault of the engine but
it is not a proof because if the gui is buggy and reduce 0.1-0.2 seconds from the time of an engine in every move then engines that use almost all their time(except 0.2 seconds in the last move of the time control) may lose on time based on the interface when the same thing is not going to happen with engines that are less aggresive in using their time.

If any engine suffers from losses on time enough to attract attention, appropriate action is taken. There have been times if we couldnt get it to stop- we quit testing it. I have run many many games just myself with all the Zappa Mexicos, and this is the first and only time it has ever happened. And my guess is i wont ever see it again. In cases like that, i dont worry.
