2 minutes on my 8-core box. Takes that long for Nxa3 to fail low. Nb4 is always high up the list but Nxa3 has to fail first...Yar wrote:Hello,

Hiarcs 11.2 takes just 3 seconds to find the move..

It looks like Nb4 is obviously the only move, and not too difficult, it could make a good test position for the Knight Centralization/Repositioning test suite that I'm working on together with Dann. When I get back home, I'd have to see if this particular one can qualify as a challenging test position for engines rated <2800.

Junior needed to win the game though, so draw wasn't an option.
A draw would've been the same thing like 1-0.
