Apparently Junior withdrew after scoring 3 losses.
If that is true, I get the impression of "bad sportsmanship".

Junior had software problems. I think it was playing the blitz tourney on a local (borrowed) machine, and it seemed that the OS (Vista) on these machines was not running Junior (which was tested under XP) correctly. As a result he suffered crashes that made it lose the first 3 games, and as the problem could not be traced, this would hve likely continued for the rest of the tourney.

Vista is a terrible child born by Microsoft....
The XP series is much better and stable....

Do they need additional permissions for tcp/ip connections or something?
