Laser 1.7 x64 has 3273 Elo points (CCRL Blitz).
Seer_v2.3.0_x64_avx2_popcnt has around 3404 Elo points (in my single match test). +117 Elo points face to Seer 2.2.0-x64-skylake.
Seer 2.2.0-x64-skylake has around 3287 Elo points (in my single match test).

My test for Seer 2.2.0-x64-skylake was (the same test conditions):

Note: My tests are indicative. They do not represent an accurate calibration. This requires time (many games=many hours) and resources (many PCs). I recommend CCRL & CEGT rating lists.

Thanks for the match! While maybe a slight overperformance for Seer, that result looks mostly consistent with CCRL and CEGT's estimates.
