Colossus 2021a - Minor updates

Thanks to Thorsten, Steve and Guenther for finding and reporting a couple of issues in the new version of Colossus.

I have made the following updates...
1 - Some GUIs weren't displaying the depth of search correctly. I have updated the UCI messages to now include 'depth' info in the same message as the 'pv' info. This fixes the issue in Arena and Shredder.
2 - Pondering is broken and is going to require some serious thought and thorough re-testing. Therefore I have deferred this fix until the next version but for the moment I have just removed the UCI ponder option from the list that Colossus reports to the GUI when initially sent the 'UCI' command. This should mean that GUIs never ask Colossus to ponder.
3 - For older CPUs I have provided an executable that doesn't use hardware popcount. This runs about 10% slower and therefore clearly identifies itself as the 'software' version in response to the 'UCI' command.

I have kept the version as '2021a' as nothing has changed in the engine and therefore any tests run already by the ratings list guys won't be wasted.
