Re: Dragon2 Vs Adan Manuel Mazara rated 2286 at Knight Odds via Skype

Post by Chessqueen »

Here is the 1st game between Adan Manuel Mazara rated 2286 Vs Dragon2 at TC 45'+10". At first I was a little puzzle at Dragon 2nd move 2. a3? and for the fact that Dragon2 started trading pieces early, but it turn out to be okay at the end. I guess that Dragon could also give an entire 60 minutes and at least Draw. For the 2nd game we agree to play at TC 60 minutes, but Dragon2, but he will only get $35.00 for a Win and $20.00 for a draw. https://ratings.fide.com/profile/6400248

the 2nd game on progress Dragon2 is not afraid to trade Bishop for Knight early during the game, I will report again at the end of this game I am using my 2nd computer to give up a head up. By the end of this game will find out if Dragon2 is able to give a Knight Odds at TC 60 Minutes to a FIDE player rated almost 2300

Is it limited to 22 plies, and using Contempt of around 125? In the first game you mentioned "trading pieces", but it only traded knights to win a pawn and traded bishops to inflict killer damage to pawn structure; those weren't even trades! With g1 odds I think it does better to open 1.e4 rather than 1.d4 although it probably scores them pretty similarly.
