I've released a new version of Seer here: https://github.com/connormcmonigle/seer ... tag/v2.5.0. This release adds around 100 Elo in self play.

Re: Seer 2.0.0
Hi Conner,
great news ...
3285 for 2.4.0 in my list and +100 Elo in self play ...
Can be +70 loud thinking ... wow that is a lot.
My congratualtion and have thanks for your new version!
Conner, this must be a lot of work for you in the last months.
Best and thanks again!
A good day ... a new Seer, Frank is happy!
Waiting of Graham, at the moment my run-4 is in the middle.
But I can look a bit on an other system later this day.
Hm, no time yet.
Can do it directly, talk to myself.

Connor, that's great newsconnor_mcmonigle wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 5:28 am I've released a new version of Seer here: https://github.com/connormcmonigle/seer ... tag/v2.5.0. This release adds around 100 Elo in self play.
Will definitely test Seer on Windows.
Unfortunately, I can't compile seer in macOS (Intel & Apple M1).
If anyone manages to compile Seer for mac then please do
Regards, Darius

Thanks Graham!
Did you try compiling using the provided clang makefile? For good performance on M1 systems, you'll probably need to use sse2neon. If you could elaborate on the issues you were encountering, perhaps I could attempt to help.Dariusz wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 11:47 amConnor, that's great newsconnor_mcmonigle wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 5:28 am I've released a new version of Seer here: https://github.com/connormcmonigle/seer ... tag/v2.5.0. I'll have to try that sometime. In any case, I appreciate your participating with SeerModern Times wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 12:16 pmYou should enter it into these monthly tournamentsconnor_mcmonigle wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 5:28 am I've released a new version of Seer here: https://github.com/connormcmonigle/seer ... tag/v2.5.0. Thank you for your suggestions, this time I was able to compile Seer 2.5.0 for intel and apple m1 macs.
I will test these compilations
