Hi Connor

Thanks for nice and improved version of Seer. I hope you never run out of ideas in how to improve it. :)

Whoops, my bad. Thanks for noticing. I forgot to bump the version number. I'll fix the binaries shortly
Thank you for the new version !
Okay, the binaries should report the correct version number now. Thanks!
Do you have plans for FRC?

I don't have any immediate plans, but I do intend to add support at some point in the future.

I've released a new version of Seer here: https://github.com/connormcmonigle/seer ... tag/v2.1.0. Seer v2.1.0 is expected to be +70 to +100 elo stronger in self play against v2.0.1, though I'm rather pessimistic about how those gains will translate to other opponents. Many thanks to all OpenBench contributors for making Seer's development possible.
The first game in my test. A nice victory vs. Halogen 10 ! The previous two versions (2.0.0 & 2.0.1) had problems with the Australian engine.

Zahak 5.0 is out, details and comments here: http://talkchess.com/forum3/viewtopic.p ... 82#p899982

I know the last version hasn't been around for too long, and a new one appeared. But I will much appreciate if this version is proeprly tested. As this is the last one of its kind, and I will love to see if I achieved my personal goal or not. Thanks a lot for testing it

HI!
Could you please cross-compile it also for Windows 10 Windows ARM64 Neon? I'll test it in an engine match versus Ethereal 13.00 github 1 CPU @x4 time controls because it crashes with more than 1 CPU  , Rubichess 2.2 WinARM64 NNUE and Igel 3.0.5 NNUE Win ARM64 Neon by Andreas Matthies and Vassily Cherbyna that are very kinds and interested in future computer platforms like me.

PS: Can I ask you if you could compile Ethereal 13.00 for Windows ARM64 too, if you know how? You would be my preferred chess computer friend :-)

I am not sure if Go Lang already supports Windows ARM64, if it did I'll compile ti for you (I'll ask you to test it for me in return, as I don't have a Windows box, so I cannot validate it).

As for Ethereal, I think Andrew is in a better place to do the cross compilation, I failed to even compile it under Mac (albeit an older version). If he is not intersted in fulfilling his users' wishes, I think you probably want to simply move on and ignore his engine

OK never mind, I have found in your repository Zahak 5.0 for Mac M1 ARM64 native, so I can test it against Ethereal 13 M1 ARM64, Rubichess 2.2 NNUE and Igel 3.0.5 NNUE all for M1 ARM64 (thanks to Acepoint) . You are right, I must forget Ethereal 13 (I'm searching a working version on my system only because it was one of my preferred engines) since it's a closed box and Etheral 12.75 is stronger than Ethereal 13 github while "Etherlito" with SF NNUEs is even better than the commercial version :D

PS: Always ready as betatester for Zahak 5.0 WinARM64 if you find how to cross-compile it :)

On Zahak 6.0 you must add NNUE (here a guide on how to do by Finn Eggers author of Koivisto, if you need: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... 4HOcWZMd3k ) and Sygyzy tablebases support. I bet that Zahak will become soon the stronger no Stockfish derivative engine

Someone linking my old YT-Playlist which is full of mistakes xD. Anyway. Good job! If you are interested in viewing the network training code for Koivisto you can PM me. the code is public anyway.
