People from Europe will rarely by chess stuff in usa.
So it was easy to block europe out.

But this was against our interests.
For us beeing an international community it was a serious thing for over a year .

A community only works if all people have access.

Cool. I had the pleasure to participate in den haag Aegon tournament, sofia polgar and bronstein, with CSTal and mchess / marty hirsch played piano like today on youtube,

You picture has the turbo kit.

The accelerator card build a faster 6502 cpu with ic‘s.

So 16-20 mhz was possible.

I have a Novag Diamond that is in perfect shape and plays very strong at longer time controls. Bought it new in 1994 or so, also I have a Mephisto Atlanta, that is very lightly used, both excellent machines. Novag and Fidelity were my very respected commercial competitors.
