First take a7 and leave g5 for later, for instance after a possible Rh2+ Bh4 or as a fork to K+R

Now we would need to play a couple of serious blunders to give that game away. I think that Black will be mated within the next 15 or 20 moves, after we have activated our second rook and Black has lost more material. I can't even see a "theoretically lost endgame" to which Black could escape somehow.
