My vote for Ne6.

Yes, my vote is for Ne6.

g6+ seriously risks drawing the game. g6+ Kh8/ Nxg7 Qxg7/ Ne6 Ne7/ Nxg7 Kxg7/ Qf4 Rfd8 and if we allow black to play Nc6-Ne5 + Bb4 + a5 we are going to have a tough time winning. We may need to sacrifice a rook for the bishop in b4. I do not like this a bit when we are steam rolling in the K side (the computer will go for something stupid rather than going for this fortress, but it is risky to trust that).

With Ne6, we could take in g7 w/o closing the position. If black plays fxg5 hxg5 hxg5 to avoid g6+ their king is wide open.

also to avoid a possible fortress, as pointed out by Miguel. With Ne6, we could also get an option to play Nxf6 later on, where Black can't take back with the pawn due to mate. But this requires our g-pawn to be still on g5.

PS: black is forced to play fxg5. It may be able to resist a bit placing a Knight on f6. We should consider f6 avoiding that followed by, at some point, Kg2-->Rh1 (Qh3?)
Or Qh3 Nh6 f6?
