My original intention was to play Nf4 to prepare f6. Sven plan of Nh5 was very good. Maybe better. Now, if we combine both, I think it is devastating for black. Ngh5 and if f6, g6+ Kh8 Nxg7! Qxg7 Ne6 and g7+
This is a quick look at the position. Since there is some tactics, I do not want to vote w/o thinking. Please check the variation I mention (computers are merciless if we make a mistake). I think we are winning.

Is there a quicker way to victory with f6?

Ngh5. I think f6 is also winning, but this seems somewhat more obvious to me.

My vote for 29. Ngh5.

If 29. ... f6, 30. Rb1 may be better than 30. g6+
If 29. ... hxg5, 30. hxg5 and the h column is opened for white queen
I can't see any other option for black

Oooops correction... The program I used to recreate the position must have played the next move on me before I copy and pasted

The correct fen is:

[d]1r3rn1/pq4pk/3p1p1p/2p2PPN/2PpPNQP/2bP4/8/3R1RK1 w - - 0 32

This is the current position:
[d]1r3rn1/pq4pk/3p1p1p/2p2PPN/2PpPNQP/2bP4/8/3R1RK1 w - - 0 32

g6+ is the obvious choice. My only concern is if after winning Q vs NN we could break the a possible fortress as easily as other options. I think we should eventually with e5.
The options are Ne6 and Nxg7.
