After looking for a minute the position, Rbd1 deserves a close look. The idea is to force Bc3 and THEN we play f4. Why? Now the bishop cannot defend the king side from the diagonal c1 h6. and later, if we decide to play Nf4-d5 the bishop won't have the chance to be traded for the Knight at f4. After Rbd1 Bc3, the bishop is out of the game.Spacious_Mind wrote:So far we have:

I originally thought Ra1 Qb7/ Ra2 with the same idea.
