Latest Stockfish beta, of three days ago, below. In no version I have seen it comes close to that +3 from Harvey. Did not try many but strange it is. I expect it has to do with being a MAC version or something like that or the 7 men tables :P Was that reproducible I wonder...

It was just a specific version of the NNUE net that happened to give incorrect evaluations for the position. If you go back to a development version released shortly before the original post, you can probably reproduce it.
