I have computed perft(17)

What if there is a bug in Perft(17). Maybe better not compute anything that is very time consuming if you can not debug it (easily). A new strategy "Not code first, Database first but Debugger first".

I think Arpad is just poking fun at computing perft on a supercomputer has
similar worth as computing pi on supercomputer. I don't agree with him.

No, go back and look carefully at that claimed perft number, starting with the 5th digit.
