Help to modify bayeselo.exe

Check v0057.3 at usual location.

The 32-bit version works now, after downloading libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll and libstdc++-6.dll and placing them in the bayeselo folder. However, no success with the 64-bit version, it still complains that it is missing libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll, although I've downloaded that file as well and I have placed it in all possible directories.

Perhaps we better use the 32 bit then. 64bit was only compiled because at that time I don't have mingw32 installed.

I'm not a C/C++ specialist, so I ask if someone could do this modification : add 1 (or 2 or 3) decimal to the Elo calculation (and output).

I made this modification long ago. I am only using 1 decimal point but it would be easy to change to more.

Really there is no need for more precision, but we are typically testing small changes where it's nice (if not particularly meaningful) to be able to distinguish between 2 different version that round to the same integer rating.
