Did you press the analyse button by accident ? Else this shouldn't happen.

A little note:in case of using Perfect 2010.abk book,please see for more details at Arena book folder
There are book setting instructions (in gif format)
Its strongly recommended to set 'use transposition' ON
(Normally the default Arena GUI 'use transposition' option is OFF,so you need just to enable it)
