Strange, I never need to log in again after an IP change. But I also tick the "Remember me" checkbox when logging in.
....maybe I got it wrong, and I do not know, what the 'Remember me' checkbox does.

I would be very surprised if it does anything other than add a login cookie to the browser accessing the website.

Some periods of slow here, guess some bots have too many requests running for a period....
