unexplainable
is driving me crazy and it was the very reason to start this topic in a first place. Could be something really wrong with my search and that's why I'm looking for the reason.

I've learned over the years to never leave something unexplained. There's often a bug lurking behind it. Not always, of course. But every bug discovered is a step forward... usually anyway, of course sometimes removing a bug will cost you several Elo because there is some luck involved...
