How is thinker allowed to participate. Isn't there a rule, requiring engines to kib their evals?

Doesn't it kib its evals under WinBoard? I think it also kibs its PV under WB, but I could be wrong.

I notice that as I post this on 6/6/10, Rybka has not entered the uniform platform competition. I wonder if Vas has decided not to enter this section.

You mean Thinker did not kibitz at CCT or ACCL? or HG's monthly tournament?

Guys... WCCC is _not_ online. There is no such thing as "kibbing" when you play manually. :)
