Some time ago ccc made a match between bots, in the description of the bots you can see the level and personality of the bot, of what should be komodo 14.
Danya is skill 21 with "active" personality
Ok, thanks. So it's 8 ply but about a level (or a ply) below the default. It makes sense.

So that would be a slightly weakened 8 ply search.

Anyone knows at what depth Komodo skill 25 is limited with no time limit on chess.com?

Does it move instantly (with afrificial delay of a second)? If so, I would say it's about 12 ply and probably weakened by some randomness. I drew it twice treating the games as serious tournament games, that is, taking at least an hour per game. But I never drew Komodo 14 level 24, despite being heartbreakingly close a couple of times.

Komodo Skill 25 is supposed to be unlimited Komodo, but only using one thread, no ponder, no tablebases. Presumably they just set some time limit (either per move, or goal time perhaps). Does it seem to take the same amount of time on every move? If so how much time? Note that if it is using your browser to play, it is getting fewer nodes per second than it would running on a normal pc, so if it takes one second per move it won't reach as high a depth as you might expect.

I didn't know that, but it seems to me that it is weaker than Komodo 14 level 24.
