Not even Sting has a good chance, too much nullmove in depth and Lazy King accordingly.
Just at 8...c6 there's a little short- cut for White with 9.h6 #25 instead of Kc1, allowing Black ...h6 and some more moves to mate, probably author liked that more, so it's ok too of course.
But from Black's side that could be denied by 8...h6 instead of ...c6.
Just to mention, not to matter.

Stockfish is not certain on my part. It switches back and fourth between 7 and 8-piece endgame. RBvRBN and RBPvRBN.

RBvRBN is a tablebase win.

This study was believed to be winning for white but Stockfish found a improvised fortress.
