Dorpsgek Eve's Temptation

Post by ZirconiumX » Mon Apr 02, 2018 9:14 am

It was actually released yesterday, but I decided to hold off a day because it wasn't an April Fool.

This version has two bug fixes: an important one that resulted in not getting TT moves in PV nodes, and a very minor corner case where a move that was simultaneously a 50-move draw and a checkmate would be scored as a draw when it should get a mate score.

Downloads are here, though there's no 32-bit builds.

Thank you for the new release, Matthew? Do you expect a significant ELO increase with this version?

Compared to Dillinger, the previous release, there is about 90 elo (self-play) of improvement. Naively halving that gives +45, which given that the beta which doesn't have a 30-elo improvement has a CCRL improvement of +31, shows it to be about accurate.
