Mar del Plata II testsuite

Hi all,

This is my second King's Indian Mar del Plata testsuite. Based on "Kotronias on the King's Indian, volume 3".

The testset concentrates on the 9.Nd2 line and the Bayonet attack, 9.b4. It is my impression that these lines are easier to play, compared to the Mar del Plata main lines with 9.Ne1. Still, there are a lot of interesting lines requiring deeper analysis.
