I've decided to release a new Isa , 1.9.68. (not a 1st april's fool !

)
In my selftests it is 33 elo stronger than 1.9.63 and 57 elo stronger than 1.9.51 at TC 1' + 250 mili seconds
Look at the end of the read me file for the improvments and elostats results .
In the file you have the 3 versions of Isa , with the book

FYI, in our tests 1.9.51 is much stronger than 1.9.63.

Mustn't enjoy faster time controls, as it is stronger in the 40/40 list.
